PROTOTYPE STATUS
The current service is a demonstration.
The demo uses fixture data. Public Riot account linking, live player-data processing, subscriptions, and advertising are not active. Their appearance in the product roadmap does not mean they are currently available.
1. Operator and agreement
Untilt is operated by Brilune. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Legal questions can be sent to privacy@untilt.lol.
2. Service scope
Untilt provides public game intelligence and private post-game analysis intended to help players reflect on their own decisions. Reviews may combine deterministic evidence with generated explanations. Untilt is not an official Riot ranking, game client, cheat, automation tool, or guarantee of improvement.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to accept these terms, meet Riot's applicable age and account requirements, and obtain permission from a parent or guardian where local law requires it. You may not use Untilt where doing so is prohibited by law.
4. Accounts and authorization
When account linking is available, you may connect only an account you are authorized to use. You must use the approved Riot authorization flow, keep your Untilt access secure, and notify Untilt of suspected unauthorized access. You may disconnect the Riot account and request deletion through the controls provided.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- seek access to another person's private match or coaching data without authorization;
- use Untilt to harass, shame, profile, or publicly evaluate another player;
- use the service for boosting, account trading, gambling, cheating, hidden-information advantages, or an alternative MMR/ELO system;
- attempt to extract credentials, bypass limits, interfere with security, scrape protected surfaces, or overload the service;
- use undocumented Riot data sources, game memory, packet inspection, or unauthorized replay processing through Untilt; or
- copy, resell, or operate the service in a way that violates Riot policy, applicable law, or another person's rights.
6. Coaching limitations
A review is an analytical interpretation of incomplete game data. It can be wrong, omit important context, or propose an option that does not fit a particular match. You remain responsible for your decisions. Untilt does not provide live adaptive commands and does not claim to know unavailable information such as player intent.
7. Riot Games relationship
Untilt is an independent third-party product. Riot Games does not endorse, sponsor, or operate it. Riot game data, names, trademarks, and approved assets remain owned by Riot Games or their respective owners and are used subject to applicable Riot policies and terms.
8. Untilt and user content
Untilt and its original software, interface, analysis methods, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. If you submit feedback, notes, or support material, you retain ownership of your material and give Untilt the limited rights needed to store, process, and use it to provide support and improve the service. Private match and coaching history is not licensed for unrelated public use.
9. Future free and paid services
Untilt intends to retain a free tier. If subscriptions or other paid features are activated after the required approvals, the price, billing period, included usage, taxes, renewal behavior, cancellation method, and applicable refund rights will be shown before purchase. Advertising, if activated, will not be placed inside Riot properties.
10. Availability and changes
The prototype may change, pause, or be withdrawn. Future production features may also be changed to maintain security, reliability, data quality, legal compliance, or Riot policy compliance. Untilt will avoid materially reducing a paid period without an appropriate remedy required by applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for material misuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, or Riot policy violations. Where practical and lawful, Untilt will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the prototype is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular competitive result. Untilt is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or other liability that mandatory law requires.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through the published legal contact. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law remain available.
14. Changes to these terms
Changes will be posted with a new date. Material changes affecting an active account or paid service will receive reasonable advance notice where required. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
